In the Embrace of Mountain Lakes and Relict Forests: A Compact Tour to the Heart of Kyrgyzstan

Our adventure begins with a meet-up at 7:00 at the lobby of your hotel, followed by a departure at 7:30. Get ready for a captivating day as we explore a series of remarkable locations in this breathtaking region.

Our journey will lead us through the renowned Too-Ashuu Pass, offering panoramic views of majestic mountains and valleys. Prepare to be awe-struck by the beauty of this mountain pass as we venture through its winding roads.

Next, we’ll make our way to the enchanting Suusamyr Valley, where expansive green meadows and stunning alpine scenery await. Take a moment to immerse yourself in the tranquility of this picturesque valley and breathe in the fresh mountain air.

Continuing our expedition, we will venture into the magnificent Chychkan Gorge, where steep cliffs and roaring rivers create a spectacle of nature’s raw power. Marvel at the awe-inspiring grandeur of this gorge as we navigate through its winding paths.

Our journey will then take us to the mesmerizing Toktogul Reservoir, offering panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. Take in the vastness of this man-made reservoir while appreciating the harmonious combination of natural beauty and human engineering.

As we follow the path of the Naryn River, witness the ever-changing landscapes and graceful flow of the river, adding to the charm of this stunning region.

For the night, we will rest at a cozy guest house in Arkyt village, allowing you to relax and rejuvenate for the day ahead.

Get ready for an unforgettable first day filled with captivating landscapes, exploration, and a deep immersion in the natural wonders of Sary Chelek Lake.

After enjoying breakfast at the guest house, we will embark on the second day of our adventure, making our way to the magnificent Sary-Chelek Nature Reserve.

Our main focus for the day will be exploring the various lakes within the reserve. Prepare to be mesmerized by the stunning natural beauty as we visit several picturesque lakes, each with its unique charm and breathtaking views. Our knowledgeable guide will accompany us, providing insights into the reserve’s rich biodiversity and sharing interesting facts about the flora and fauna that call this area home.

For those seeking additional thrills, there will be opportunities for boating on the tranquil lake waters or embarking on a memorable horseback riding experience. Feel the gentle breeze as you glide across the serene lake or enjoy the scenic beauty from the back of a magnificent horse.

As the day comes to an end, we will return to the village by evening, where a delicious dinner awaits. Afterward, you will have some free time to relax and unwind, reflecting on the day’s adventures or simply enjoying the tranquility of the village atmosphere.

Get ready for a day filled with exploration, natural wonders, and unforgettable experiences in the stunning Sary-Chelek Nature Reserve.

After breakfast at our guest house Sary-Chelek, we head to the famous walnut forests of Arslanbob. Driving through the Chatkal ridge, we admire the harsh mountain views.

Arriving in Arslanbob, we explore the ancient walnut groves, a natural wonder dating back millions of years, then we walk to the small waterfall of Arslanbob and then we head to the large waterfall.

At the end of the tour, we will stroll through the lively Arslanbob bazaar, where fresh produce, crafts and the famous Arslanbob walnuts are sold. Next we return to our guest house.

In the evening we will enjoy a delicious dinner of regional Kyrgyz dishes.

After we enjoy a delicious breakfast at the guest house, we will say goodbye to Arslanbob and begin our journey back to Bishkek.

On the way back we will have the opportunity to make a stop at the stunning Toktogul Reservoir. Jump into the inviting waters, swim and relax while enjoying the picturesque surroundings. This will be the perfect chance to cool off and enjoy some free time before continuing our journey.

Continuing our journey, we will make another stop at the spectacular Itagar Gorge, where we will be able to see the magnificent Saz-Kol Lake. Under the cover of majestic mountains and lush greenery, you will be captivated by the tranquil beauty of the lake. Take time to capture great photos and enjoy the tranquility of this picturesque location.

After this, we will continue our journey towards Bishkek.
